Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, steers are hauled in during the last week of each month.
Orders made after the 25th will be included in the following month's haul.
Please note that deposits on bulk orders become non-refundable after the steer has been submitted for processing.
Customers will be alerted prior to the haul to avoid any inconvenience.
The deposit will be applied towards the final total, which is based on the animal's hanging weight.
Meat Processing: Rest assured, all our meat is processed in USDA or state-inspected facilities. Our meticulous process involves vacuum packing and flash freezing to preserve freshness and prevent ice crystals, ensuring your meat arrives in optimal condition.
Shipping Details: For shipped orders, items will be carefully packed in insulated boxes with dry ice or cold packs to guarantee quality during transit. Items should arrive frozen or partially frozen upon receipt. Inspect your order immediately and refrigerate or freeze items to maintain their quality.
Returns and Refunds: We understand the importance of your satisfaction. Please make any exchange, refund, or quality concerns known within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Regrettably, after 7 days, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
Shipping Carrier and Destinations: We primarily ship with UPS, and shipping rates may vary. At present, we ship to the continental United States only.
